We have two meeting rooms available to hire. They are well equipped to suit most people’s needs, and you will also have access to our spacious foyer and large kitchen. There is the option to hire both meeting rooms and have the building all to yourself (depending on availability).
Due to Covid guidelines our kitchen will be closed for the foreseeable future. The maximum capacity will be 15 people for the large room, and 6 people for the small room to ensure social distancing can be maintained.
Large meeting room
The spacious large meeting room is 6.5m x 5m and can comfortably hold up to 80 people. It contains a ceiling-mounted data projector and retractable wall screen. A hearing loop is fitted. There is a store cupboard with plenty of extra tables and chairs if you need them, at no extra cost. There is also a piano in the large room.
Small meeting room
The small meeting room measures 5.5m x 3.5m and can hold up to 20 people. Fitted wall cupboards give access to storage shelves and a sink; these, together with easy-clean sustainable Marmoleum flooring, also make it ideal for those using the large room who need crêche facilities. In the cupboards are extra tables and chairs which you are free to use.
Use of the kitchen is included in the hire of both the large and small meeting rooms.
Kitchen facilities include twin sinks, a hand wash sink, gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave and toaster together with a full range of cutlery and crockery, including vases for flowers. There is a hatch opening to the foyer.
Automatic lighting and a ceiling fan go off when not in use (but need to be switched off by hirers on leaving). Dust pans, brushes and mops are also provided.
